Iba is co-captain of the seventh division and follows Sajin's leads. He's always running around with his shades on and can be seen several times in the earlier episodes telling news to the other co-captains of the Gotei 13.
Appearance:
Iba is a in his middle-age years, and seems to always have a strict look on his face. He's always wearing those sharp black shades, and he even has a moustache!
Style:
His top is more open that a regular shinigami outfit. It shows a bit of his chest, and then his abdomen is wrapped in bandages. He also as the same badge around his arm, showing his position as vice-captain.
