About:
Isane is the vice captain of the 4th Division. She does value others' opinions. Her first appearance is when she is walking down a hall with Yamada Hanatarou, and is conversing with him before his punishment. She's a caring co-captain who heals not only shinigami, but also the intruders too.

Appearance:
Her hair is a light purple color, and Isane is rather tall as well.

Style:
Her outfit's black sleeves are cut all the way around, showing the white rob underneath. And she has the vice captain badge on her arm as well.

Power:
Her zanpakutou, Itegumo, in its shikai changes into a 3 bladed short sword. Not much is known about her zanpakutou due to her quick defeat. But aside from that, she's also very skilled in kido because she is able to send a message to all captains, vice-captains, intruders (Ichigo and co.), and the traitors regarding the current situations through kido.
