Yamada Hanatarou

About:
When Ichigo came to save Rukia, Yamada joined in because he wanted to save her as well. After Ichigo's fight with Kenpachi, Yamada healed his deep wound and found his hollow mask. Because he feared it so much, and wanted Ichigo to be safe, he threw the mask into the water as they walked through the underground tunnel.

Appearance:
Yamada has short navy hair that doesn't look properly cut. His eyes are small, and he usually has lines under his eyes showing some sort of sadness.

Style:
He wears the usual shinigami attire along with the 4th division's medical pack.

Power:
Yamada is never seen with his zanpakutou. Instead of carrying one, he always takes his medical pack with him. Inside is a bunch of supplies, much of what might be in a First Aid kit, along with some liquids that can either knock a weak person out or stimulate them.

History:
Yamada is part of the 4th Division, hence the reason why he isn't so confident and has a bag of curatives with him. He's job was to clean Rukia's first prison cell, but after she was moved to the tower Yamada was scared and wanted to talk to her. During the time he had with Rukia cleaning her cell he was told many stories about her times in the mortal world. He also heard much about Ichigo.
