Sasori's Face

Back with Temari and Kankuro, their team has stopped to take a break because they've been running from the border to Suna and now to the Akatsuki hideout. While stopping to rest, Ebizou lectures them on not notice their surroundings; they had stopped in the area where Team Kakashi faced Itachi's clone. The elder then proceeds to tell them a story about the Third Kazekage; how he disappeared and how they couldn't prevent their own downfall due to the failure in finding the Kazekage at the time.

Back in the cave, Sasori pulls out another scroll and claims that this would shock Chiiyo even more than his face did. He unravels the scroll and the summon takes action. With a puff of smoke a new puppet is summoned. Sasori was correct, this puppet did shock Chiiyo more than Sasori's own face; he had summoned not just any ordinary puppet but the Third Kazekage! Chiiyo then tells Sakura how the Third Kazekage had suddenly disappeared without a trace. This story involved Sasori's old partner as well, Orochimaru. With this new discovery, Sakura is more than determined to beat Sasori and get answers out of him about Orochimaru.

Without further notice, Sasori sends his Kazekage puppet charging towards Sakura with an arm of poison knives which Chiiyo blocks in time with Hiruko's tail. However, the tail was destroyed and Sakura was pulled back just in time, but not far enough. Sasori pulls his puppet back and sends it at Sakura again this time parts of the puppet's arm opens showing panels of summons. Suddenly more than a hundred arms crash down on Sakura. Luckily for the medic, Chiiyo had twisted her limbs just in time to prevent being crushed by the arms. Chiiyo proceeds to pull Sakura out and back to her side, but Sasori prevents that by having the puppet shoot out poison gas, which forms a cloud in front of the stack of arms. Chiiyo quickly orders Sakura not to breath. Sasori smirks at this victory and Chiiyo couldn't help but scream Sakura's name in worry.
