10 Puppets VS. 100 Puppets When the flames run out, Sasori uses the next scroll which causes water to come out from the same openings in his palm. The water is so strong that it breaks the boulders. When that happens, Sakura and Chiiyo move out of the way. Unfortunately, Sasori uses his opportunity to go after Chiiyo with the intention to kill her with his blades. However, the rope that's coming out from his body lets Sakura pull on the rope. When it runs out and stops at the bar in his stomach, Sakura uses her strength to pull him back before he could reach Chiiyo. Pulling him back, Sakura draws back her fist and strikes him under his core, causing his body to come apart.Glad with this win, Sakura turns around and smiles as she walks towards Chiiyo. Sadly, halfway through, Sasori's body pieces itself back together. At the same time, the antidote's effect has worn off and Sakura is becoming more vulnerable. Sakura goes back to Chiiyo's side, and at the same time Chiiyo uses a scroll to summon 10 puppets in white cloaks. They are known as Chiiyo's "Ten Fingers". With that, the plate on Sasori's chest opens up to reveal chakra which comes out in strings. Another scroll on Sasori's back is used to summon 100 puppets cloaked in red and armed with weapons. He claims to have conquered an entire nation with those 100 puppets. With that, another battle begins. At some point in the battle, Chiiyo gives Sakura a glowing ball of something in which Sakura is to throw at Sasori. So she runs through the battlefield with Chiiyo's puppets helping her along the way. When she gets into range, she aims and throws that ball at Sasori. This object enlarges significantly and bears the shape of a demon head. It latches on to Sasori and pins him to the wall. After that all 100 puppets lose their chakra connections and are disabled. However, the core of Sasori's body seems to be missing. Chiiyo, who had collapsed shortly after due to exhaustion, tries to get up. As she does, Sakura sees Sasori behind Chiiyo, getting ready to pierce a poisoned katana through her. Sakura makes it just in time though to take the strike for Chiiyo, even if the katana did hit a vital organ. Not only is Chiiyo shocked, but so is Sasori.
