Sai

About:
Sai is the new member assigned to Team Seven after two long years. Coming from a top secret division - separate from the ANBU - Sai has absolutely no emotions at all. Of course, he also lacks in socializing and behaving like a normal person. In the end, he always ends up insulting Naruto or Sakura whenever a conversation starts between the members. Sai is probably not even his real name; he's a complete mystery.

Power:
His specialty is Art jutsus; he can paint images really past on a scroll, he'll use a technique, and those drawings will spring to life. He first uses his technique when he first sees Naruto. Sai decides to attack him, Shikamaru, and Chouji. He's very skilled at what he does, and there's no doubt that he's very strong. Not many other techniques of his has been shown.
